The outline of this video in the series begins with a brief look at running mechainics and the position that hamstrings are most susceptable to injury. Allowing greater understanding of injury mechanisms.   The variety of risk factors are presented including flexibility, core control, strength and fatigue.


The myriad of risk factors presented in the literature, make this soft tissue injury one of the most difficult to manage in athletes.  Research articles in conjunction with clinical experiences is presented.
